What data we process
The data you give us through the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp: name, email, phone (optional), country of residence, area and type of home, how you use it, the plan you’re interested in and anything you include in your message.
If you become a client, we also process what we need to provide the service: the address of the home, the people authorised to enter, a log of visits and reports with photos of the inside of the home.
Why, and on what legal basis
- To answer your request and send you information about our plans: your consent when you send the form, and steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b).
- To provide the service, including visits and photo reports: performance of the contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b).
- To meet legal obligations, such as tax and accounting (GDPR art. 6.1.c).
How long we keep it
Requests that don’t lead to a contract: up to 12 months. Client data: for as long as the contract lasts and then for the legal limitation periods. Report photos are kept while the contract lasts and deleted 12 months after it ends, unless an issue is still open.
Who we share it with
We don’t share your data with third parties unless required by law. These providers work for us under contract as data processors: our web and email hosting provider (Webempresa Europa S.L., servers in the EU). If you message us on WhatsApp, that service is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. under its own terms.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to its processing, or withdraw your consent at any time by writing to hola@casabienhomecare.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your local authority.
