How it works

  1. We meet and take your keys

    A walk through your home to agree what we check. Keys are coded and kept safe, with a signed access agreement.

  2. Regular visits with a report

    A checklist made for your type of home. After each visit you get the date, the checks and photos.

  3. We sort it out for you

    If something needs fixing, we call trusted local tradespeople, let them in and send you the result.

Questions

How are my keys kept?

Coded, with no address attached, in a safe. You sign who may enter and we log every visit.

Which languages do you speak?

We look after you in English and Spanish. This site is translated into German and Dutch so it’s easier to read.

I come over often. Is a plan worth it?

Essential plus arrival prep is usually the best fit. If you’re here more than half the year, the summer plan may be all you need.

Do you manage holiday rentals?

No. We look after homes that aren’t rented to tourists. If yours is rented, we can still handle maintenance and repairs.

Do you respond to alarms?

No. Alarm monitoring and response is done by licensed alarm companies. We can recommend one and let their technicians in.

Can you do my tax paperwork?

No, but we can put you in touch with a trusted local gestoría for the non-resident tax return and other paperwork.

Can I cancel?

Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
